Our next Wolverine Player Spotlight puts the focus on drew Lorentz, a senior on the Wadena-Deer Creek football team.

Here is what head football coach Kyle Petermeier had to say about Drew’s performance last week.

“Drew has been a consistent leader for our team this year. He has worked hard in the off-season to get his body ready for football and has made great improvements at QB. Drew paced our offense with 25 carries for just over 100 yards, but the impressive thing was how he responded after taking a few big hits. He capped it off with a great TD pass to seal the game to Jason Rudrud! Nice work Drew!!”
