Our latest Wolverine Player of the Week is sophomore wrestler Eli Benning!

Here’s what WDC Head Wrestling Coach Brad Wollum had to say about his performance last week,

“Eli is a hard-nosed, never going to back down, type of wrestler. The 152 pound weight class is traditionally one of the toughest year after year. Each and every week, Eli has wrestled state ranked opponents and doesn’t shy away from the challenge. He’s closing the gap on these elite athletes each week and we KNOW his breakthrough!”
