Our next Wolverine Player of the Week is Amber Collins, a sophomore on the WDC track and field team!

Here is what Wadena-Deer Creek head track and field coach Marc Reynolds had to say about Amber’s performance last week.

“Amber has had a great season running a variety of sprint and middle distance events!! She picked up her 3rd consecutive Section 6A title in the 400 meter dash last week to go along with running crucial legs on our 4×800 and 4×400 meter relays that both missed state by 1 place. She anchored the 4×400 meter relay which ran the 2nd fastest time in school history just barely missing the school record by .49 seconds!!!!”
