Our latest Wolverine Player of the Week is Ally Pavek, a senior on the cross country team!

Here’s what WDC head cross country coach Mike Brunsberg had to say about Ally’s performance last week.

“It was a big week for senior cross country captain Ally Pavek.  She helped propel the varsity girls to a 4-peat as Park Region Champions, and in the process, returned to All Conference status for the third time in her career–the first since her sophomore season hip surgery.  Ally placed 11th at the conference meet in Menahga last Tuesday–posting a season best 21:53…which, in fact, stands tall as her best race time since 2019.  All of which highlights Ally’s remarkable three-year journey back to peak fitness and performance.  Ally is a testament to the rewards of dedication, positivity, and patient perseverance!”
