WADENA, Minn.– The Wadena Veterans Park Association is holding a fundraiser to support improvements at Veterans Park in Wadena.

There will be a free will dinner at 6 p.m. tonight. The meal will feature sloppy joes, chips, beans, and a dessert. Other events include a meat raffle, split the pot drawing, pick a prize, and other activities.

A raffle will also take place at 9 p.m. with prizes including a 2021 Polaris Ranger, a 5X5 Octagon Stand with an 8′ base ladder, a Henry Big Boy Classic .44 Magnum, and $250 cash. Tickets are 420 a piece and can be purchased at the Wadena VFW, participating businesses, or Veterans Park Association members. You do not need to be present to win. Must be 18 years or older to purchase or win a prize.
