STAPLES, Minn.– Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Staples will be brining back one of its biggest traditions during Lent and is inviting the local communities to join in.

The church will be offering their “Fish Fry-Day” take-out meals starting this week. Meals will be served on Fridays from March 4-April 8 from 4:30 p.m.-7 p.m. at the church.

Take-out meals include fired fish, potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, seafood salad, bread, and homemade dessert. All meals will be sold for $13 and advance orders can be made after 12 p.m. on Fridays. To pre-order a meal, you can call 218-296-6843. Checks should be payable to SHAS.
