WADENA, Minn.– A community resource in Wadena has been around for almost a decade and they’ve decided to make it a party for the occasion.

The Maslowski Wellness and Research Center in Wadena is inviting everyone to their 10-year anniversary celebration next Thursday as a thanks the the surrounding area that’s supported the facility.

Organizers say the event, taking place on Thursday, January 9 from 4-7 p.m., is a thank you to all the community members that have supported them for the first decade and who will be there for the next. This will be a free event for everyone to participate.

A 15 percent discount will be applied to all paid in-full memberships purchased from 4-7 p.m. that day. There will be a food truck present, desserts and beverages, facility tours, door prizes, a scavenger hunt, inflatables, free open swim, pickleball demonstrations, a historic items display, and a whole lot more.
