WADENA, Minn.– Get ready for Thanksgiving with a chance to win a turkey while playing bingo and help out a great cause.

The Wadena Fire Department Relief Association is hosting a turkey bingo this Friday at the Wadena-Deer Creek Elementary School gym to raise money for the organization.

The event on Friday, Nov. 22 and starts at 7 p.m. All 50 games of bingo will be a regular bingo. Bingo winners will go home with a turkey just in time for Thanksgiving. The cost will be $20 for 50 games. 50/50 raffle tickets and gun raffle tickets will also be sold at the event.

If they run out of turkeys to give away at the event, organizers say certificates for turkeys at SuperOne in Wadena will be given.
