WADENA, Minn.– The Wadena Madhatters Community Theater is hosting a One Act Play Showcase Sunday, Sunday October 24 at 7pm at the Wadena Memorial Auditorium to perform a variety of shows for the area.

Performing groups will be coming from around the area including Wadena, Staples, Perham, and Fergus Falls. What makes the event unique is that audiences will be voting in categories such as Best Show, Best Actor, Best Actress, and more. In addition, the winner of Best Show will win the top prize of $500.

Tickets are $10 for adults 18 and older, $5 for students. Children 8 and under may attend for free but they will not be allowed to vote for the top prizes. You can purchase tickets at Weber’s Hardware, Greiman’s, Glamour Salon, Aunt Lora’s Sewing, as well as from any performer, or tickets can be purchased at the door.
