STAPLES, Minn.– Minnesota Twins broadcaster Dick Bremer will make a visit to Pine Grove Park in Staples on Saturday, October 9th from 1-4 p.m.

Staples-Motley Athletic Hall of Fame is hosting an afternoon of Twins and MLB baseball stories as told best by Bremer, the voice and broadcaster for the Twins. Dick will be offering signed copies of his new book “Game Used: My Life in Stitches with the Minnesota Twins”

Dick Bremer is a 1974 graduate of Staples High School. He has many stories of his high school experience playing for legendary coach Jerry Riewer and many baseball tales from his 38 years as a Twins broadcaster.

This event is co-sponsored by the Staples-Motley Athletic Hall of Fame and the Staples-Motley Diamond club. There will also be concessions and a silent auction with MLB Memorabilia and high value donated items.
