Our first Wolverine Player of the Week for the new school year is sophomore tennis player Libby Hartman.

Here’s what WDC Head Girls Tennis Coach Jordan Cresap had to say about Libby’s performance last week.

I would like to nominate sophomore Libby Hartman. In the Perham/Wadena Invite, Libby took second place at 3 singles. In the Highway 10 Tournament the following week, Libby won the title at 3 singles. Prior to last night’s loss, Libby had won three straight as well. She is 8-2 on the year, and has been making great strides.
