WADENA, Minn.– The Wadena Area Chamber of Commerce is inviting those in the Wadena and surrounding areas to make plans to find some crazy bargains along sidewalks throughout the city.

Wadena Crazy Days are BACK Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as Wadena area businesses offer insanely good deals to promote local businesses in the community.

On Thursday, August 8, those in town can enjoy live music as the Wadena Area Chamber’s “Music in BN Park” is hosting their final free concert of the summer. Bring your lawn chairs and listen to the soothing sounds of the classic country band, “Pier Country” from 6-7:30 p.m.

Friday, August 9 brings back a popular event from the year before. The 2nd annual “Leid Back Pub Crawl” will take place from 4-9 p.m. on Friday. Participants are encouraged to crawl at their own pace, collect a colorful leis from each of the four local pubs that are participating. You can enjoy summer time food and drink specials and also have a chance to win prizes.

The craziness is capped off on Saturday, August 10. The Knights of Columbus will be hosting a Bats & Sweet Corn Feed from 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. in BN Park. Proceeds help support the Sacred Heart Area School.
