WADENA, Minn.– Inclement weather postponed the initial date for the Wadena County Humane Society Golf Fundraiser on Monday. Now, a new date has been set and room is open for more people to support their organization.

The Wadena County Humane Society Golf Fundraiser has been moved to Monday, August 19. Everything will still take place at Whitetail Run Golf Course in Wadena. It is a 4-person scramble format with a shot gun start. Games and prizes will be on the course for participants.

Organizers say there is still room for more teams to join in the fundraiser for this great cause. It’s $100 per person or $400 per team and that includes 18 holes of golf with two carts, along with lunch and dinner.
