WADENA, Minn.– A local kid’s community theater is performing this weekend to give children their first taste of the theater.
Storybook Theater is putting on a performance of “The Three Little Pigs” this Friday and Saturday at Memorial Auditorium in Wadena.
Auditions were held on Monday and the kid actors and actresses will be working all week to get ready for their weekend show. Kids ages 7-18 will be in the show. Showtimes are 7 p.m. on Friday, July 19 and 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 20. Tickets will be a free will donation.
The Storybook Theater is done with Wadena-Deer Creek-Bluffton Community Education, Astera Health, Merickle Lumber and Ace Hardware, O’Kane Dentistry, Deer Creek Lions, Schuller Family Funeral Home, Wadena Rotary, Wadena Medical Center, Ameriprise Financial, AmericInn, and Larry’s Family Pizza.
