STAPLES, Minn.– Those traveling on Highway 210 in Staples should plan for short-term delays and a detour next week, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad crews will repair the crossing on Highway 210 in Staples starting on Thursday, October 26 through Friday, October 27. The closure will take place between Highway 10 and Front Street starting at 8 a.m. Wednesday. Motorists will have to follow a detour along County Road 21 (Wisconsin Ave. SW), Front Street, Airport Road, Cardinal Drive and back to Highway 210.
