Our next Wolverine Player Spotlight is Katie Fiemeyer, a senior on the WDC girls tennis team!

Here is what Wadena-Deer Creek head tennis coach Jil Fiemeyer had to say about Katie’s performance last week.

“WDC senior Katie Fiemeyer is a hard working player who is committed to not only her game, but also the game of her teammates. She has worked hard on the courts in the season and in the off season as well, playing in tournaments and hitting with others as often as she can. She has finished in the Top 4 at sections the last two years and despite her desire to go to state, she has kept a positive and upbeat attitude. I look forward to seeing what Katie’s future holds in store for her — maybe one day she will even coach.”
