The Wadena Development Authority’s Dean Uselman joined CJ Baumgartner in studio to discuss the upcoming ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Pinewood Estates.

The public is invited to attend the ribbon cutting and initial public offering of residential lots for sale on Monday, October 2nd from 5:00-7:00pm, with the ribbon cutting at 5:30pm at Pinewood Estates (1238 7th St SE, Wadena).
