This week’s Wolverine Player of the Week is senior softball player Myja Nemeth.

Myja had a particularly big day against Pillager last week according to head coach Tracy Jack,

“Myja has come into her senior softball season with determination and intensity. She’s led the Wolverines in the pitching circle this season, picking up her first two wins last week in a double header against Pillager. Myja pitched 13 of the 14 innings that afternoon, striking out 4 batters and only giving up 3 walks. In the double header, Myja had 2 singles and 2 runs scored in the win. Although Myja is a quiet leader on the softball diamond, she’s impacting Wolverine Softball in big ways!”
