Our first Wolverine Players of the Week for the new school year are a tennis duo. Junior Katie Fiemeyer and freshman Anna Fiemeyer!

Here’s what WDC Head Girls Tennis Coach Jil Fiemeyer had to say about Katie and Anna’s performance last week.

“The No. 1 doubles team of Katie and Anna are both good leaders on and off the court. This set of sisters have good communication skills and each brings a skill set that compliments the other. The Wolverines have been busy this season with several tournaments and matches. Katie and Anna each have a 12-1 record and together this season they have two tournament championships, including the Hwy 10 and the Crookston tournament, and a third-place finish at the Park Rapids tournament.”
